Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for site visits and installations
- Maintain proper filing and customer database
- Support daily office admin tasks and stock updats
- Ensure smooth and professional communication with customers
✅ Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- Responsible, organised, and able to work independently Prior experience in customer service/admin roles preferred
