Handle Telephone/Walk-In Enquiries Regarding Bookings and Reservations.
Generate Daily Check-In Lists for Security & Housekeeping Info, Record & Follow-up on Lost & Found Items, Ensure Supply of Stationeries.
Provide Guests with Information such as Rules and Regulations.
Raise Billing Requests As and When Required.
Assist on Other Daily Operations Admin Work As and When Required.
