Overview:
We are seeking a commercially driven leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to strengthen brand presence, drive client engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role demands a balance of corporate-level representation, operational oversight, and direct involvement in customer-facing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Reputation Management: Safeguard and enhance multiple brand presence through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and active market participation.
- Lead & Pipeline Oversight: Oversee lead management strategies while personally supporting telecalling activities, follow-ups, and conversion initiatives.
- Client Experience Excellence: Shape and manage the full customer journey, actively participating in roadshows, product demonstrations, and corporate events to reinforce brand credibility.
- Stakeholder & Corporate Engagement: Strong participation in roadshows, corporate events etc. Representing the brand in corporate presentations, partnership discussions, and networking forums to expand business opportunities.
- People Leadership: Guide and motivate the team while working alongside them in the field to model best practices.
- Capability Development: Deliver and oversee comprehensive training programs that blend classroom learning with practical application in sales and service contexts.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure PDPA compliance, maintain operational integrity, and provide accurate reporting from both corporate and field activities.
- Performance & Growth: Set, monitor, and achieve long-term KPIs and targets, using a mix of strategic initiatives and hands-on execution to secure results.
