🔍 What you’ll do
- Build and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and pipelines
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to solve complex problems
- Use statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract insights
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to high-impact data projects — many of which are powered by Databricks
🛠 What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and commonly used ML libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost)
- Experience in building and evaluating predictive models and data pipelines
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with Databricks is a huge advantage (we’ll get you certified if not already!)
💼 Nice to have
- Familiarity with Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, or Databricks-native tools
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience in consulting or working directly with business stakeholders
