Basic information:
- Shift work: 4-3-3-4
Day shift: 7am to 7pm
Night shift: 7pm to 7am - Location: Tampines
- Basic salary UP $5000 + AWS + Bonus
Job scope:
- Lead a team of AEs and technicians in troubleshooting and debugging server and rack products that fail during production.
- Perform root cause analysis, isolate failure components, and liaise with HQ and customers for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives and support Kaizen activities.
- Prepare and update work instructions, and conduct training for technicians as needed.
- Support NPI and mass production processes, ensuring smooth integration and issue resolution.
- Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance efforts.
