Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets
- Position and build the company brand
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition campaigns using both digital and offline marketing channels
- Build strategic partnerships with insurers, industry partners, and ecosystem players to expand reach and influence
- Create and manage marketing content and thought leadership to support sales and client engagement
- Track marketing performance and ROI through clear KPIs, ensuring alignment with sales and business development goals
Job requirements
- Possess a master’s degree in marketing is preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in business development and marketing related roles
- Minimum 15 years of experience working in regional environment is preferred
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering commercial growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (if required)
- Multilingual fluency is essential to liaise with global clients and business partners
