Job description:
a. Support the Project Lead in managing a HR Business Process Operations Support Team to support client ERP system requirements in day to day operations
b. Advice client stakeholders and team members in consultation services, handling of escalations, monitoring of CRs, data migration and audit activities
c. Drive operational performance and service excellence and monitor performance of the team against defined quality standards
d. Demonstrate ability to drive ongoing improvements through standardizing, automating and consolidating processes.
e. Identify problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
Required Competencies
a. Knowledge of information technology. SAP or HR related experience will be a bonus
b. Demonstrated track record in managing operations teams. Has good supervisory and communication skills.
c. Good planning and coordination skills.
c. Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
d. Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
e. Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
f. Proficiency in Office productivities suites such as Microsoft Office.
i. Possess strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.
Required Working Experience
a. At least 3 years of experience in project management, with corresponding experience in Information Technology
