Responsibilities
- Responsible for desktop operation and maintenance, terminal management, office network and application platform implementation and operation and maintenance support, and employee IT service support, etc.
- Participate in the implementation and management of terminals, office networks, office application platforms and security projects
- Become a member of an international team and have the opportunity to learn and practice the cutting-edge technology and research and development phase
- Familiar with common network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) operation, operation and maintenance and troubleshooting
- Have terminal security and network security product implementation and operation and maintenance experience
- Reporting to the regional IT team leader
- Onsite support end-users IT related services Travel to support other offices
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in IT studies and equivalent
- Fluent in speaking/writing in Chinese (to liaise with chinese speaking counterparts) and English
- Minimally with at least 3-5 years experience in desktop support and security management in both MAC and Windows environment
- Familiar with Mac/Windows laptop operation and maintenance
- Familiar with Google Suite and various common office application system operation and maintenance
- Have certain project implementation and management experience
- Have ITIL and IT service process construction and implementation experience
- Possess good learning ability, communication ability and problem-solving ability
- Remote support services experience is required
- Must be able to multitasks and working in the fast-paced environment
