What You’ll Do (Job Description)
Respond to and resolve helpdesk requests efficiently and professionally
Provide hands-on technical support for computer hardware, software, printers, and LAN
Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through solutions step-by-step
Maintain and update documentation for common fixes and processes
Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user experience
What We’re Looking For (Job requirement)
Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop or IT support
