Digital Advertising Manager (Tech)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy
- Create and test compelling ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action
- Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions, using data-driven decision making
- Implement and maintain tracking with Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, etc.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and produce weekly/monthly performance reports
Requirements
- Able to manage and lead team,cooperate with other department for relate works.
- At least 2 years experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROI, CTR, etc.)
- Proficient in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager
- Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously,Analytical, detail-oriented, and ROI-focused
