We’re Hiring: Digital Marketer (TikTok & Social Media Engagement)

Are you passionate about creating viral content, driving social media engagement, and building a strong digital presence? RoboAct is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram, and all things social!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Create short-form video content and manage daily postings to boost visibility, engagement, and followers.
- Work with our design and product team to align content with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms to optimize content performance.
- Engage with our online community, reply to comments, and encourage interaction.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using insights and data; recommend improvements.
✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing (TikTok experience is a must).
- Strong content creation skills, especially short-form video editing and storytelling.
- Familiar with TikTok, IG Reels, CapCut, Canva, or other creation/editing tools.
- Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Bonus if you:
- Have prior experience marketing tech, robotics, or education-related products. Have managed influencer collaborations or paid social campaigns.
