He/she will be involved mainly digital marketing activities to increase brand digital visibility for promoting the organisation’s services and products, lead generation and customer acquisition on social media platform.
Specific Responsibilities:
Individual to be involved in:
1. Idea generation for marketing strategies
4. Presentation of marketing proposal to management for approval.
5. Implementation of social media and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) advertising schedule.
6. Creative content (short videos, graphics) and copy writing for social media and website content.
7. Handle customer service and enquiries
8. Conduct data analytics to monitor campaign performance, online mechanics and activities.
9. Generate reports on digital marketing campaign performance.
10. Monitor feedback via online and social media platforms to assess customers’ satisfaction.

Education Qualification
-Proficient in Canva, Capcut or equivalent
-Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end
-Experience with managing various social media platforms
-Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing preferred
