We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

Are you a highly responsible and results-driven digital marketer ready to make a real impact in the interior design industry? We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced, creative, and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) focused on lead generation and brand growth
- Create, curate, and manage content that drives targeted traffic and customer conversion
- Use data and analytics to ensure precision-targeted advertising and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with designers, sales, and management to align marketing with business goals
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
- Be flexible with work schedules to meet campaign timelines and performance milestones
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on the interior design or home improvement sector
- Strong sense of ownership and professional responsibility — we value commitment over clock-in hours
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, content planning, and performance tracking
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-evolving environment
- Comfortable with flexible working hours — strict rest days or fixed holidays are not aligned with this role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
Compensation
- Basic Salary: SGD 3,000 – 5,000/month
- Attractive performance-based commissions
- No upper cap for high performers — we reward results, not routine
