WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Driving Website Engagement & Conversion:
- Strategically optimize the website using data insights to improve user experience and key engagement metrics.
- Implement rigorous A/B testing to drive data-backed conversion rate improvements.
- Analyze user behavior to optimize user journeys and implement website changes.
- Collaborate on website updates to enhance user interaction and achieve conversion goals.
- Monitor and report on engagement and conversion metrics with actionable insights.
2. Achieving Organic Growth through Data-Driven & AI-Enhanced SEO:
- Develop and execute a data-driven SEO strategy for organic traffic, rankings, and visibility growth.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis leveraging AI-powered tools.
- Implement on-page optimization ensuring all website content is strategically optimized for target keywords and user intent.
- Utilize AI-powered content optimization tools to enhance existing content.
- Proactively implement AI-driven SEO strategies based on evolving trends.
- Monitor and report SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, organic conversions).
- Implement technical SEO improvements for optimal site health.
3. Harnessing HubSpot for Marketing Automation & Lead Conversion Optimization:
- Develop and manage HubSpot marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and engagement.
- Optimize lead scoring and segmentation within HubSpot to prioritize high-potential prospects.
- Create and manage conversion-focused HubSpot landing pages and forms.
- Analyze and report on HubSpot automation and lead conversion performance for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead flow and reporting within HubSpot.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on website strategy and SEO.
- Proven ability to develop and implement SEO and GEO strategies (including on-page, keyword research, technical) that demonstrably increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Adept in Contentful as CMS and Hubspot Marketing Hub for marketing automation.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize landing page performance.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS or the e-commerce industry is a plus.
