What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategy & Planning: Create and execute digital marketing strategies that align with our brand and audience.
- Social Media Leadership: Oversee our social media channels — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn — and ensure engaging, consistent content.
- Analytics & Insights: Track campaign performance and use data to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with team members to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Trendspotting & Innovation: Keep up with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, introducing new ideas to stay ahead.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize results.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, especially in social media and online advertising.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear, engaging communication skills with a knack for storytelling through digital content.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-changing digital landscape.
