We are seeking a results-oriented and forward-thinking Digital Product Manager to take full ownership of our product portfolio. You will manage the entire product lifecycle —from strategy and concept to launch, performance monitoring, and continuous optimisation. This role combines strategic vision, customer-centric thinking, and technical acumen , and is pivotal in driving product adoption, market share growth, and delivering outstanding user experiences.
As a bridge between business, technology, and customers , you will research trends, validate opportunities, and translate insights into actionable product roadmaps that fuel innovation and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution .
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business objectives.
- Translate customer needs and market opportunities into product requirements and features .
Market Research & Growth Strategy
- Conduct market research studies to explore new technologies, customer behaviours, and competitor trends.
- Research and analyse potential partner relationships to strengthen product positioning.
- Generate ideas and business proposals that drive market share growth , improve customer experience , and capture new revenue opportunities .
Product Development & Execution
- Support product positioning and ensure alignment with customer demand and industry trends.
- Guide the full product development process, from concept validation to go-to-market launch .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, design, marketing, sales, operations) to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain product backlogs , prioritise features, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategy.
Performance Evaluation & Optimisation
- Continuously evaluate product functionalities and performance using data, analytics, and customer feedback.
- Propose and implement enhancements to strengthen product competitiveness and value.
- Define and track KPIs/metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention, revenue impact) to measure success.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as the primary product advocate , effectively communicating the product vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver business cases, product presentations, and proposals for management and partners.
- Ensure customer insights are translated into actionable improvements and innovations.
Requirement:
(1a) Education
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following faculties:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Programming & Systems Analysis
Science (Computer Studies)
OR
(1b) Experience
- A minimum of one (1) years’ work experience as a Digital Product Manager .
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product development processes.
- Experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution .
