About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Product Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives across the company’s core customer-facing platforms—including web, mobile, and eCommerce.
You will work across regional teams to drive the development of products that enhance the end-to-end customer journey, from shipment booking to cargo tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle for web, mobile app, and eCommerce platforms
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and sprint plans
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and content teams to deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences
- Align digital product roadmaps with broader business and customer experience goals
- Ensure successful delivery of CMS and website revamp projects (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, or Contentful)
- Remove blockers for cross-functional teams and ensure agile best practices are followed
- Use customer insights, usage data, and analytics to guide product enhancements
- Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders at regional and global levels
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (e.g. IT)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital product or project management
- Proven track record of delivering CMS and/or web platform projects
- Familiarity with B2B platforms, logistics, or supply chain industries is a plus Strong grasp of UX principles and customer journey design
