As the Director of IP Data Center Business Development Asia Pacific, reporting to the VP, Head of IP Networks Asia Pacific, you will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy and expanding our presence in the Data Center market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the business development initiatives for Nokia IP Data Center networks solution (including Data Center Fabric, Data Center Gateway, Data Center Automation) for Asia Pacific market
- Contribute to technical pre-sales/sales strategy and go-to-market plan for Nokia IP Data Center networks business for Asia Pacific market
- Work with Nokia APAC regional IP Business Development team, Product Line Management, Pre-sales, and Sales team to implement plan to grow Data Center networks business for Asia Pacific
- Meet with customers and business partners frequently to promote Nokia IP Data Center networks solution
- Interact with Nokia global IP Networks Division headquarter to represent APAC IP Data Center market requirements and coordinate necessary global support to develop Data Center networks business in APAC
- 10+ years of Business Development experience
- Experienced in developing business from the Data Center networking segment in Enterprise, Cloud, and Telco customers
- Partner/Channel collaboration experience
- Understanding and knowledge of IP Data Center Fabric and Automation market and competitor landscape (e.g. Cisco, Juniper, Arista)
- Knowledge in IP Data Center networking technologies (e.g. IP/Ethernet/BGP/VXLAN/EVPN, AI DC Networking RoCEv2/UEC, Container, Kubernetes, Cloud, IPSec, MACSec, DDoS,..etc)
- Strong communication skills and a team player in a matrix organization, who understands that we achieve more when we work together.
