Description
Sygnia is seeking an experienced results-driven Director of Channels to lead the expansion of our channels ecosystem in APJ. This high-impact role is responsible for developing and executing a scalable regional channel strategy that drives revenue through MSSPs, technology partnerships, and other key partnerships, focusing on Sygnia’s Incident Response Readiness (IRR) and Managed Detection & Response (MDR) services.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on operator with strong Cyber security experience, business orientation, and a proven ability to build high-performing channels programs that deliver measurable impact in APJ.
Main Responsibilities:
• Execute Sygnia’s channel strategy for APJ, with ownership over identifying, engaging, and managing high-impact MSSPs and resellers. Build repeatable, revenue-generating models tailored to the region, especially for Sygnia’s IRR and MDR offerings.
• Develop and grow strategic channel relationships, ensuring effective onboarding, enablement, and ongoing collaboration. Lead joint GTM planning and execution to drive growth.
• Drive regional channel performance, setting clear KPIs for pipeline contribution, influenced revenue, and strategic impact. Monitor results and take proactive steps to maximize channel engagement and impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including direct sales, marketing, and services delivery teams, to optimize performance and quality, design joint campaigns, and promote any opportunities across the region.
• Contribute to Sygnia’s global channel program, sharing market insights and best practices from the region, ensuring our channel ecosystem stays aligned with clients’ needs and market dynamics.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in building and scaling successful channel and partner programs within the Cyber Security industry, within APJ.
• Deep familiarity with MSSPs, VARs, and technology partners relevant to the APJ market.
• Strong business orientation with demonstrated skills in leading sales cycles, partner economics, and regional channel dynamics.
• Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence both internally and externally stakeholders.
• Fantastic communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to effectively articulate and demonstrate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
