About the Role
As Property Director, based in Singapore, you will play a central role in identifying growth and optimization opportunities for Pandora’s store portfolio within the newly formed Asia cluster. You will lead and develop a team across leasing, construction, and store development, and oversee the full project lifecycle — including new store openings, renegotiations, refits, and consolidations. You will also be responsible for preparing investment proposals for the market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing global targets and leading local network target setting
- Driving CAPEX reduction initiatives
- Regularly reporting on target fulfillment
- Managing property activities across multiple countries (travel required approx. 40%)

We’re looking for someone with:
- 8+ years of experience leading Leasing, Construction, and Store Design teams in a regional context
- Relevant market experience
- Background in a global retailer, regional landlord, or major commercial real estate agency
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly learn new data systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Your New Team
The Network team is responsible for driving strategic growth and optimizing the store portfolio. This includes setting network-related targets, ensuring quality investment proposals, and allocating CAPEX.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Operations, Store Design, and Procurement, as well as external partners including landlords, property advisors, general contractors, and legal firms.
This role reports jointly to the General Manager, Asia and the VP of Network, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
