Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced EHS & Sustainability Advisor to lead and deliver environmental, health, safety, and sustainability projects across Singapore and the ASEAN region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute EHS and sustainability-related consultancy projects across Singapore and ASEAN.
- Lead and perform environmental compliance audits , environmental due diligence (EDD) , impact assessments (EIA) , and pollution control studies (PCS) .
- Conduct environmental site assessments (ESA) and support contaminated site remediation planning and implementation.
- Develop and implement Environmental Management & Monitoring Plans (EMMP) .
- Assist clients in greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting , sustainability reporting, and zero waste to landfill initiatives.
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices for EHS and sustainability in industrial, commercial, and development sectors.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Engage and communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Support business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering , Environmental Science , Chemical Engineering , or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consultancy or a related field, with a proven track record in delivering EHS and sustainability projects.
- Familiarity and experience with projects such as: Environmental compliance audits, Environmental due diligence (EDD), Environmental impact assessments (EIA), Pollution control studies (PCS), Environmental site assessments (ESA), Contaminated land remediation, Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting, Environmental management & monitoring planning (EMMP), Zero waste or sustainability transition initiatives.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in regional, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Professional membership relevant to environmental would be an advantage.
