Key Responsibilities:
- Support & Supervision for Panel Installation: Providing technical assistance and oversight for the installation of electrical panels and related equipment.
- Support for establishing Communication Network: Assisting in the setup and configuration of communication networks for devices and systems.
- Support & Supervision for Control cable: Providing guidance and oversight for the installation and management of control cables within a system.
- Switchgear Relay Configuration: Configuring and setting up relays within switchgear systems for proper functionality and protection.
- Setup & Install the SCADA system: Installing and setting up Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for monitoring and control purposes.
- SCADA Integration test: Conducting tests to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SCADA systems with other related systems.
- ATS logic implementation & validation: Implementing and validating Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) logic for seamless power transfer in electrical systems.
- Integration Test with BMS system: Testing the integration and functionality of systems with Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Integration test with GSCP system: Testing the integration and functionality of systems with Generator and Switchgear Control Panel (GSCP) systems.
- Cybersecurity test: Conducting tests to assess and ensure the cybersecurity resilience of systems and networks.
- Network Validation: Validating the functionality and performance of communication networks within a system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, OT networking, and electrical systems integration.
- Proven expertise in Schneider Electric platforms and protocols
- Expertise in Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), SCADA, and DDC (Direct Digital Control) controllers for electrical applications.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical monitoring systems across voltage levels, including protection relays and power quality meters.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (MRP, PRP, HSR, RSTP, OSPF) and network topology design.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting Electrical Single Line Diagrams, network architecture drawings, and system schematics.
- Hands-on experience with commissioning and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMI systems, preferably in railway & transportation segment
