We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Engineer to support the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of high-precision components and systems. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge in machining, metrology, and quality control, with or without hands-on experience in precision manufacturing processes. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize precision components, tooling, and fixtures for manufacturing.
- Set up and operate precision equipment to meet tight tolerances.
- Interpret and create technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using micrometers and other precision instruments.
- Work closely with production, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce scrap, and increase process efficiency.
- Document engineering processes and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in training junior technicians or operators on proper handling of precision parts and tools.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- fresh graduates is welcome.
- Experience with CAD/CAM and CNC programming is a plus.
- Familiarity with metrology tools and quality inspection processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
