- Direct and guide a team of engineers to support production lines with fast and effective technical resolutions.
- Drive and oversee new project launches, tech transfers, and continuous process enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support quoting, cost reduction, and capability development efforts.
- Ensure engineering deliverables align with customer specs, timelines, and budget targets.
- Cultivate a high-performing team through mentoring, goal alignment, and structured coaching.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of engineering with supervisory experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Precision Machining industry.
- Strong working knowledge in processes such as metal cutting, brazing, stamping, and thermal treatments.
- Effective people leadership with demonstrated success in fast-moving industrial environments.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels and cultures.
