Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Sales Support
- Handle clients’ enquiries, prepare quotations
- Update clients’ records in the company systems
- Monitor and follow up on clients’ payments Any other admin functions
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a business-related faculty
- Those without work experience but willing to learn attitude and good academic records are welcome to apply.
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Meticulous and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and IT systems. Successful candidate who do not possess the relevant certifications in general insurance will be sponsored by the company to obtain the certifications.
