This role assists in property management, sales and lease administration of development projects to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, customers’ satisfaction so as to contribute towards the Company’s vision, mission and core values.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Sales and Lease administration support for CDL development properties to ensure efficiency, compliance and manage customers’ expectations to maintain a desired satisfaction level of trust and confidence in alignment to CDL’s brandings and core values.
- Management of sale and after-sale administration of residential/commercial/retail developments at all stages of the project development cycle, from pre-launch till after the first AGM.
- Optimise property tax savings through Annual Value (AV) reduction.
- Prepare the computation for the annual budget for all relevant projects to ensure realistic and accurate projections.
- Conduct AML screening regularly
- Conduct Control Self-Assessment (CSA) regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Diploma in Estate Management or Real Estate, or any related field of study
- Bachelor’s Degree holders with 3 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma with at least 6 years relevant working experience
- Good Knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act
- Experience using SAP would be an advantage
- A team player with good communication, organisational, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, and possess ability to work independently and as a team
- Good customer service skills
- Good analytical and management skill
