Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end export operations for lubricant products including order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export controls.
- Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers to arrange sea and air shipments.
- Liaise with production, warehouse and quality control teams to meet export schedules and product specifications.
- Handle customer communications related to orders, documentation and shipment status.
- Process export payments including Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and other terms.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations, INCOTERMS and logistics trends specific to the chemical/lubricant sector.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations and pricing for international tenders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- 2–4 years of export or international logistics experience, preferably in the lubricant or chemical industry.
- Familiarity with lubricant product documentation (COA, MSDS) and regulatory shipping requirements.
- Experience with international shipping, especially to regions like the Middle East, Africa or Southeast Asia.
- Good understanding of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CFR, etc.) and trade finance (LCs, export credit).
- Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced export environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes for base oils, additives or finished lubricants.
- Experience working with lubricant manufacturers, distributors or blenders.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
