Job Description
- Manage and oversee import and export department day to day tasks
- Ensure customer satisfactory by maintaining good relationships with customer
- Ensure coordination with Production department with scheduled planning of orders
- Check and manage customer prices are updated
- Prepare analytic report and statistics to provide review for management on current export sales.
- Plan for overseas exhibition and training trips for distributors
- Organise local exhibition (E.g. FHA) to ensure exposure of our brand to global market
- Work with Culinary Development team on training decks and samples preperation requirements
- Any other duties assigned.
