- Manage the upkeep and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations, including conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance, repair, or improvement needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers on facility-related tasks, ensuring adherence to service standards and timelines, while also ensuring compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations, and supporting audits or inspections as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping, including maintenance logs, service reports, vendor agreements, permits, and compliance records, while also planning, scheduling, and supporting the execution of preventive and routine maintenance tasks.
- Assist in emergency preparedness initiatives such as fire drills, evacuation planning, and business continuity efforts, and manage access control systems, security protocols, and the proper operation of surveillance and alarm systems (where applicable)
