Key Objective:
Provide vital support in coordinating daily trading and shipping operations, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service to both customers and suppliers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments and manage documentation to support smooth customs clearance.
- Prepare sales and purchase contracts, and generate timely business reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory compliance with integrity.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trading, preferably within the food industry.
- Sound knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international trade operations.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- A dependable team player with a structured and collaborative approach.
