A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Lead a team of handyman/technician with daily tasking and to manage both hard and soft services for offices, dormitory, warehouse and factory.
- Investigate, check and analyse breakdowns and faults. Come up with cost effective solutions to rectify. Keep a record of the faults to be presented to management during monthly meeting
- Supervise and ensure that maintenance works are carried out properly.
- Schedule and plan out preventive maintenance.
- Liase with site in charge and perform weekly site inspection, ensuring the property is well maintained and do not disrupt daily operations.
- Certify completion of jobs, involve in payment claims and billing.
- Ensure that all statutory license is up to date.
- To be part of the Company’s Emergency Response Team.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimal Higher Nitec /Diploma in Facilities management/ Building Maintenance/Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Min 2 year of Working Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good team player and communication skills.
