Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations during service
- Ensure a warm and welcoming dining experience for all guests
- Manage reservations, guest requests, and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate staff shifts and assist in training new team members
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management
- Enforce hygiene and food safety standards
- Oversee opening and closing duties, including cash handling
- Motivate the team and lead with a positive and hands-on approach
Requirements:
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in Italian cuisine
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of food service operations and hygiene regulations
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a bonus
- 5.5 day work week based on roster shift
