About the role
As Finance Director, Pandora Asia, you will be overseeing all financial aspects of Pandora Asia consisting of a total of 11 countries, including Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mongolia, Brunei, Cambodia.
In this role, you will work in a leadership team including Sales, Marketing, HR, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Property business areas, and will work together to foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture, embedding Pandora’s core values— Dream, Dare, Care , and Deliver —in everything we do.
The Cluster Finance function works closely with cluster and global stakeholders to drive accurate financial reporting, business performance, manage commercial results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
What you will do
- The Cluster Finance Director is responsible for driving decisions, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, delivering management information, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- The role involves providing coaching to the finance team, guiding strategic projects, and executing analysis of cluster initiatives and new service offerings.
- This role works with Cluster and Global Commercial Finance to bring best practice to the market, drawing on global insight and data.
- You will be building trust throughout the organization and towards Global, fostering accountability, teamwork, and excellence at all levels.
Reporting Structure:
The Finance Director, Asia, reports to both the Asia Cluster GM and SVP, Global Commercial Finance, and is expected to be an active member of the Global Finance community in Pandora.

The role requires a combination of strong business acumen, market dynamics, commercial finance, and partnering and communication skills, and the ability to guide strategic projects within the market, e.g., new category/channel/product creation and launch. The strong combination of business acumen and market dynamics is what drives increased business performance in the market, being the preferred business partner for the local management teams.

Your Profile
- +10 years of experience in a senior business finance role, ideally from a Cluster/Market FD Role within a global organisation
- Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry
- Understand strategic development and business priorities
- We are seeking an experienced leader with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team with a focus on development and collaboration.
- Strong demonstratable stakeholder management, business partnering and influencing
- Strong and effective communication
- Change management skills
- Fluency in English - verbal and written
- Willing to travel regularly and an international mindset.
