Job Description
- Handle full sets of accounts and prepare timely management reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Work closely with senior management to drive performance through detailed financial insights.
- Oversee year-end closing, GST submissions, tax filings, and grant applications with accuracy and compliance.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple countries, preparing financial projections and cash flow analysis.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements across operations.
- Support effective cash flow management through strategic handling of payables, receivables, and inventory.
- Improve financial systems and streamline reporting processes.
- Collaborate with non-finance departments during town halls and meetings to ensure financial alignment and understanding.
- Report directly to the Company Director.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience handling full sets of accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to liaise with regional offices in China, Malaysia, and Batam
Working Hours: 5.5 workweek/ Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm/ Sat 9am- 1pm (Virtual meeting)
Working Location: Bendemeer (10 mins walk from MRT)
Salary: Up to $4,500
