- Prepare and serve fish soup according to standard recipes.
- Prepare raw fishes. cut fish and ingredient in accordance with requirements
- Engage in daily prep tasks like chopping vegetables, marinating meats, or preparing sauces
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Keep the department fish soup preparation area clean and always organised.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs.
- Carefully handle raw seafood, follow food hygiene and safety guidelines (SFA standards). Have certificate Hygiene Food level 1.
- Properly store and label ingredients to ensure freshness.
- Prior experience in F&B preparation is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm from Mon-Sat.
