Position: Food Processing Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and implement food processing systems and equipment.
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Monitor and control food production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct research to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, R&D, and maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and SOPs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in food processing or manufacturing.
- Proven knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in multi-cultural or international environments is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to various working environments.
