Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily production activities according to the production schedule.
- Supervise and lead the production team to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor workflow, allocate manpower, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and food hygiene standards at all times.
- Report production performance, challenges, and progress to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety practices preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
