- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the production line to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Monitor production processes and resolve any issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure that all safety and quality standards are adhered to.
- Provide guidance and training to production staff.
- Implement and enforce operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
