The Front of House Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the reception or customer-facing area. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in coordinating bookings, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Support event setups, client visits, and office logistics when necessary.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer feedback or complaints and escalate appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
