Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end operational lifecycle of Singapore-based and offshore funds, including:
- Fund establishment, structure design, and internal system setup and testing;
- Daily fund valuation and settlement, expense calculation, annual audit coordination, and compliance data support;
- Facilitate day-to-day communication and deliverables with third-party service providers, including fund managers, custodians, and auditors.
- Conduct regular (monthly/quarterly) reconciliation and validation of fund valuation reports with fund administrators;
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports, filings, and compliance reviews required by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) or other relevant regulatory bodies;
- Support the opening and maintenance of brokerage and bank accounts, and monitor annual AML and other compliance reviews;
- Coordinate with clients to prepare KYC documentation to meet AML/KYC compliance requirements;
- Participate in other fund operational support tasks, including collaboration with custodians, fund administrators, and front-office business teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Solid accounting knowledge is a plus;
- Holders of professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or FRM are preferred;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private fund operations in Singapore, with a strong understanding of local financial regulations. Candidates with full life-cycle experience from fund setup to liquidation are highly desirable;
- Familiarity with fund valuation, fund operations, and fund administration; prior fund accounting experience is advantageous;
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements in Singapore;
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite and data processing tools;
- Team-oriented with strong learning agility, responsible, meticulous, and able to adapt quickly to departmental needs.
