We’re an AI-driven education startup reimagining tuition and learning experiences ( Very Abstract concepts ) . We are looking for a Operations & Growth Manager to act as the Founder’s right-hand and help run the business day-to-day. This role blends operations, people management, business development, and strategy execution .
It’s ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants to take ownership, grow with the company, and build the foundations of a scalable education brand.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day centre operations (classes, facilities, student services).
- Source, negotiate, and manage rental spaces/premises .
- Ensure regulatory compliance and smooth centre operations.
Academic & Content Oversight
- Coordinate with curriculum developers and ensure AI-driven teaching tools are implemented effectively.
- Monitor and improve the student/parent learning experience .
People & Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage tutors and support staff .
- Build a positive team culture with accountability and growth.
- Act as the bridge between Founder and team.
Business & Growth
- Support enrolment, customer service, and parent engagement systems .
- Work with Founder to develop and execute marketing campaigns, workshops, and events .
- Manage vendor/partner relationships (tech providers, marketing agencies, suppliers).
- Assist in business expansion and partnerships for future growth.
Finance & Reporting
- Track centre financials, budgets, and KPIs (enrolments, retention, satisfaction).
- Prepare weekly reports for the Founder.
- Anticipate risks and implement solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
