• To direct the activities and continued development of SCM Section and Sales Department to be aligned to the Group Directives.
• Ensure all activity for the region is being managed and reported accurately.
• Develop the long term strategy and implement business objectives for continued business growth.
• Develop a lean management approach and ensure good communications with Japan HQ.
• Tertiary Education with at least 10 years of experience in the Industrial Sewing Machine trade
• Resourceful, meticulous and independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in development of Key Accounts in S.E.A, South Africa and Oceania and other countries covered by JUKI Singapore territories.
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Candidate need to liaise with HQ in Japan and Singapore office, proficiency in both English and Japanese (Business level is required)
