WHO ARE YOU?
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire club's operation to ensure all departments function efficiently and cohesively. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, executing the club's strategic business plan, and driving overall profitability. The General Manager leads budget planning and financial oversight, while fostering a high-performance culture among staff. Through strong leadership and operational expertise, the General Manager ensures the hotel consistently meets its service standards and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Champion the promotion and preservation of the brand, ensuring every guest experience reflects our signature hospitality standards.
- Lead the club to achieve “best in class” customer satisfaction scores through exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Represent the management company’s best interests while maintaining a professional and collaborative relationship with property owners.
- Deliver strong commercial results and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with guests, clients, business partners, and staff to foster trust and collaboration.
- Engage with the local community by participating in and supporting community projects, enhancing the club's image, and building lasting relationships with local stakeholders and potential guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 8-10 years of hotel/ F&B management experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a 5-star/ luxury environment.
- Proven expertise in F&B Sales and Revenue Management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- A positive attitude toward challenges and a strong drive to excel.
- Professional disposition with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
