What will I be doing?
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for AI Data Service and Operations team under Trust and Safety, mainly providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.
The efficiency process and services (EPS) team acts as a program manager, which will take on different responsibilities and functions under different stages and structures of the team. From the perspective of efficiency improvement and process optimization, we hope to help you solve some problems or push some things together through but not limited to the following scenarios.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner within the Global AI data service middle platform team, providing comprehensive support in strategy & process design, and solution implementation for data annotation, search operations, and related projects in collaboration with business teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational teams' business models to deliver end-to-end process support across quality control, efficiency enhancement, training programs, and other critical operations, driving continuous improvement in service quality and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain regular engagement with global data delivery teams to identify pain points in individual workflows and team management. Develop and optimize standardized frontline management processes from a holistic organizational perspective.
- Leverage qualitative/quantitative analysis to identify opportunities in team management and project operations. Design user-oriented solutions and team level strategic planning to achieve sustainable process improvements.
- Oversee full lifecycle management of key initiatives, managing complex project portfolios. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, align stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality project outcomes through effective resource allocation and XFN coordination.
