About the Team The TikTok LIVE Revenue Product Team focuses on enhancing monetization strategies for TikTok’s live streaming platform by developing innovative features like in-app purchases and virtual gifting. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, engaging user experiences that drive revenue growth. Our work is driven by data insights and market trends, ensuring TikTok LIVE remains a leading platform for creators to monetize their content. Job Description 1. Participate in the planning and design of live streaming revenue-related products across global regions. 2. Develop and implement live streaming product strategies tailored to each region’s conditions and community ecosystem, collaborating with the teams to drive rapid growth in international live streaming business. 3. Gain a deep understanding of user motivations, such as reasons behind tipping behavior, desire for interaction with streamers, and community dynamics. Recognize the differences in user behavior driven by factors like influence within the platform, engagement in fan communities, and social motivations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5 years of experience in product design or game value planning 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly with global teams. 3. In-depth knowledge of major live streaming and virtual item products both domestically and internationally, along with a strong understanding and insights into social community products. Preferred Qualifications 1. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with direct user interaction, allowing you to understand user needs beyond just data. 2. Results-oriented, with strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
