Responsibilities
- Led industry trend research and organizational model analysis of benchmark enterprises. Through in-depth business interviews, data modeling and other methods, provided strategic insights and implementable solutions for the organizational structure design, post system optimization and clarification of responsibility boundaries of the global product team.
- Promoted the construction of cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms, focused on improving business process efficiency, and targeted to solve pain points in organizational collaboration.
- Designed and implemented a full-cycle talent management mechanism, covering the construction of competency models at various business stages, the formulation of talent evaluation standards and the optimization of person-post matching systems, so as to improve the efficiency of accurate talent identification and allocation.
- Collaborated with the COE team to formulate company-level human resources strategies, coordinated the implementation of core projects in international business units, and ensured that strategic goals are deeply aligned with business needs.
