We are hiring a group general manager for our restaurants
Requirments:
At least 5 Years of experience as a general manager (restaurants)
At least 3 years of international experience as we have outlets overseas
Able to implement and assist the management in formulating key operational and strategic policies to meet the company's KPI
Able to work with the restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations of all the outlets
Experience working with international chefs to curate dining events
Experience working with beverage suppliers to organise key pairing events
Knowledge in wine is a must, certification will be a bonus
