Job Description:
SmileTutor is an established company with over 25 employees and is currently the leading tuition provider in Singapore. The learning experience will be enriching on all facets of business. You will be exposed to working life in an SME and gain valuable skills in content writing and SEO.
SmileTutor is looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving SmileTutor’s digital presence and supporting backend operations to ensure seamless client-tutor experiences. You’ll gain real-world exposure to search engine optimization (SEO), digital content marketing, customer service, and administrative coordination—all essential in scaling a fast-paced service-based business.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Digital Marketing
- Conduct keyword research and assist in content optimization for better Google search rankings
- Support blog article SEO formatting, meta descriptions, and backlink outreach
- Analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Repurpose TikTok content for SEO-optimized blog/social content
- Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns across social media and content platforms
Operations & Client Coordination
- Manage client inquiries and match them with suitable tutors
- Maintain CRM records and update Excel databases
- Support administrative tasks related to customer requests and tutor coordination
- Draft professional communications (email/WhatsApp) to follow up on leads
- Participate in team workflow improvement discussions and propose solutions

Work Schedule: 5 Days work week ( 4 Weekdays + 1 weekend) 9am-645pm or 1015am-8pm
