Always observe and adhere to the standards of safety and hygiene for production, kitchen and culinary work area.
Ensure maintenance and sanitize baking utensils, tools and machinery.
Experience of handling bakery equipment.
Able to lead and supervise a team of bakers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Passion for baking and a strong commitment to delivering consistent quality.
Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
