Job description
We’re looking for a Hospitality Sales Manager with strong experience in hotel technology sales (4–5 years) to drive growth across the Asian hospitality industry. This role is perfect for someone who understands hotel operations, speaks the language of PMS, API, cloud, and Internet Booking Engine and is ready to consult clients on innovative payment solutions that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business and build lasting client relationships within the hospitality sector.
- Understand client pain points and align our IT/payment solutions to solve them.
- Lead the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth client handovers and satisfaction.
- Prepare clear proposals, presentations, and demos showcasing our value proposition.
- Stay up to date with hospitality trends and act as a product ambassador.
- Ensure CRM, proposals, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Partner with Marketing to improve outreach materials and campaigns.
What You Bring:
- 4–5 years of hospitality IT sales experience, especially in hotel tech.
- A consultative, solution-selling mindset with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry terms like PMS, API, cloud, and guest experience tools.
- A proactive, strategic, and collaborative approach to sales and client success.
